Game and Fish to Host Public Meeting on Elk and Antelope Management
PHOENIX, Ariz. - The Arizona Game and Fish Department will host a public meeting at its Mesa office from 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 23 to discuss the department's hunt recommendations and planned management for elk and antelope in central Arizona (the department's Region VI).
The office is located at 7200 E. University Drive in Mesa.
Topics will include elk and antelope population trends, sex ratios, hunting season and proposed management direction. The public will have the opportunity to provide comment for consideration in future management actions.
